Our client is a well-established business based in Ashford, seeking an experienced customer service executive to join their busy team on a fixed-term contract basis.
Job Description
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
* Maintain customer records by updating account information
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
* Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* A competitive salary in the range of £25,200 - £29,000 per annum
