Working with Substance Misuse and Primary Care within offender and secure healthcare this role will bring new challenges. The days are varied and there is a wide range of training and development opportunities. You will be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team delivering primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services to our patients.
The welcome payment is payable to new candidates joining Spectrum Community Health CIC.
There is also opportunity to access a relocation package of up to £8,000
Main duties of the job
The role includes nurse led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals. No two days are the same working in our friendly and supportive team. You must have sound nursing knowledge, lots of valuable experience and demonstrate excellent communication skills. 9. Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult /General/Mental Health

10. Mentorship / supervision/teaching / assessing experience/ training
Qualifications

11. Knowledge of current healthcare issues.
12. Knowledge of clinical governance audit, risk management and quality agenda
13. Working within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
14. Competent in clinical practice, phlebotomy, ECG monitoring
15. Worked in a complex environment managing deteriorating patients

16. Experience of working within a Health & Justice environment.
17. Experience of health needs assessment/Triage
18. Working to Patient Group Directives
