Role: House Supervisor & Cook
Location: Bolton Le Sands, Carnforth
Contract: 24 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
* Week 1: Wednesday, Friday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Pay Rate: £12.58 - £12.85

Key Responsibilities:
* Confidently cook for up to 14 residents, ensuring nutritious and delicious meals are served.
* Be available for optional overtime when needed for cover.
* Maintain organization and readiness to address various challenges as they arise.
* Understand and prioritize excellent customer service, particularly concerning the needs of older people.
* Possess basic computer skills (experience with Outlook and Excel is beneficial); training will be provided for additional systems.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents to report any issues, ensuring their wellbeing and safety. You will investigate and escalate concerns as necessary. Budget management and basic computer skills will be advantageous, but full support and training will be provided by our friendly and supportive staff.
