Representing our esteemed client, a well-established and respected Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in renewables, infrastructure, and flood protection projects, we are actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting role will involve overseeing projects primarily located in Ayrshire, however they have projects throughout Scotland. You role will involve contributing significantly to the successful delivery of a substantial, long-term framework.
In this dynamic position, you will thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment designed to foster creativity and innovation, ultimately delivering top-quality solutions to clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and economical execution of projects, with meticulous adherence to all relevant regulations.
Given the seniority of the role, a proven track record in managing diverse Civil Engineering projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities as a Site Agent / Project Manager:
Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Budget management.
Supervision of site personnel.
Commercial aspects of projects.
Preparation of reports and meticulous record-keeping.
Essential Requirements:
Degree or HNC-level education in a relevant civil engineering discipline.
Proven expertise in managing diverse Civil Engineering projects.
Advantageous to have experience in renewable energy projects.
Extensive technical knowledge and control over all civil site activities.
Proactive communication skills.
Possession of a full UK driver's license.
