Trevett Serviceshave an exciting opportunity for an experiencedAccount Directorto join a national FM & building services provider inManchester.
You will play a vital part in developing working processes and efficiencies in delivering the life cycle obligations.
This is a full timepermanentrole payingup too £80,000 per annumin addition to acomprehensive benefits package and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Director:
* Understand the key obligations within a complex PFI Contract which includes several key stake holders Improve and develop difficult working relationships within the consortium.
* Defend and substantiate potential claims from the Client and subsequent deductions under the payment mechanism.
* Liaise with the legal team on several contractual disputes and completion of deeds to capture additional revenue.
* Significant P&L ownership for a portfolio of contracts delivering FM services
* Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for developing an efficient organizational structure, strategy setting, client relationship building, business development and project management
* To optimise the profitability of the business
* To lead on the management of risk as well as opportunity, in a safe and compliant manner
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers generating value and ensuring long-term business opportunities for the region
* Providing leadership to ensure compliance with statutory and Company practices across all service lines
Essential experience the Accout Directorwould need:
* Significant experience delivering FM and/or outsourced Solutions
* Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running P&L consisting of multiple clients / stakeholders Excellent presentation,
* influencing and motivation skills Inspirational people leader with experience of working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a matrixed organisation
* Previous experience working under a PFI
