Homeownership Manager Temp contract Based in Thurrock £266.16per day Key Service Accountability's To lead the operational management of home ownership services delivering a high quality, seamless Leasehold Management and Right to Buy service, taking direct responsibility for service delivery including all aspects of customer care Ensure that an efficient and effective Right to Buy service is provided in accordance with the provisions of Housing Act 1985 Part V Service Charge estimates and actual Statutory consultation under section 20 is carried out Ensure timely billing for major works and service charge Maintain specialist knowledge of every changing leasehold management legislation and case law and ensure the Home Ownership services continue to be compliant with any legislative changes
