Your Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and communicate HSE procedures across the organisation.
* Conduct internal audits, inspections, and report to management with improvement plans.
* Lead the charge in cultivating a proactive safety culture.
* Deliver HSE training and support at all organisational levels.
* Investigate incidents and near-misses, driving preventative measures.
* Manage HSE activities at the Devon facilities, including risk assessments and inductions.
* Oversee facilities maintenance and sustainability reporting for UK and global operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Role:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety (essential).
* HSE experience, preferably within manufacturing or agricultural sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and ISO standards.
* Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivation with the ability to prioritise and deliver high HSE standards.
