Project Manager (Business Process) – Bolton - Non Profit - Basic Salary up to £50,000 Benefits - 12 Month FTC Hays have partnered with a renowned Non-Profit in Greater Manchester and are exclusively assisting them in their recruitment of an experienced Project & Transformation Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. The conversion from FTC into a full time role will be able to be discussed in early 2024. After implementing a range of internal IT and Operational systems across the business, the Project Manager lead on a range of initiatives, aimed at aligning internal processes with regards to these new systems, and implementing best practices across the org. We’re aiming to find a methodical projects and transformation professional who will work collaboratively across all services to provide exceptional delivery of key projects. This role would suit a Project Manager with experience in managing the aftermath of internal system upgrades and implementations, and someone able to get team members on board and bought into to change, while implementing best practice. Strong Office 365 and SharePoint knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential. Our client are offering a basic salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 for this role, with a degree of flexibility on this for the right candidate. This includes a benefits package of 21 days holiday, Company pension, Life Insurance, Health and Wellbeing programme, Professional learning and development and a hybrid working model. Due to the nature of this role, and the occasional requirement to travel to local service units, access to a car / vehicle is essential for this role, with free parking offered at all sites.
