Role Overview:
Lord Wandsworth College is seeking to recruit a Teacher and a Houseparent for School House. The role of Houseparent for School House will have overall responsibility for the safeguarding, pastoral care, and behaviour management of all pupils in the house. You will provide feedback to the Headmaster, Senior Deputy Head and Deputy Head Pastoral to discuss pupil and staff issues and developments in the House, establishing a warm and welcoming House culture in which pupils feel comfortable and able to grow.
You will be expected to carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the College’s policies under the direction of the Headmaster.
