Day-to-day of the role: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, and email. Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for both home and business. Process orders over the phone and resolve any delivery issues. Tactfully handle complaints and respond to enquiries across multiple platforms. Perform general administrative tasks and continually develop product knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
