CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping small to medium-sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. The Operations Specialist will provide day to day operational support across the business to make sure we are running efficiently and affectively while helping both internal members of staff and our customers. While also providing support the Operations Specialist will be expected to highlight area’s for improvements and also look to create and provide Operational efficiencies where possible. The main focus of this role is to help our customers get there new card payment terminals up and running and making sure our customers onboarding experience is best in class.
