We’re looking for a highly organised, professional, and proactive PA to support the Directors of the Combined Authority - playing a key role in driving transformational change across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing and optimising Directors’ schedules, diaries, and email inboxes
2. Coordinating key projects and high-profile engagements
3. Working closely with other PAs and senior colleagues to improve efficiencies
4. Handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
5. Supporting major strategic initiatives that shape the region’s future
You'll be joining a team of friendly, knowledgeable individuals who will be there to support you along the way. Due to the nature of the role, this position will be predominantly office-based so you are available to support the Directors and the team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating confidence, proactivity, and the initiative to anticipate and respond to the needs of the Directors.
