Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operations of the care service in accordance with regulatory standards.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans to meet the needs of clients.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, implementing improvements where necessary.
Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and external partners, managing relationships effectively.
Manage budgets and financial resources in line with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Registered Manager qualification or equivalent with relevant experience in health and social care.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.51
