As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our talented team and contribute to the success of our dynamic Building Services, Environmental Design, and Low Carbon Engineering practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective office operations systems to improve productivity and efficiency
* Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment
* Coordinating administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication with clients and stakeholders
* Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in office management or a related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
