We are seeking a motivated UK Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team and drive the next stage of growth in domestic markets. What You'll Be Doing Business Strategy Development: Work closely with the Managing Director and Director of Sales to jointly develop and execute the sales strategy for expanding the company's UK customer base. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a small sales team, ensuring the achievement of individual and team targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. KPI Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management, tracking progress against KPIs. New Business Development: Sell directly into target sectors across the UK, identifying new opportunities for growth and market expansion. Exhibition & Event Planning: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute the annual calendar of exhibitions, managing the sales team’s efforts at these events to capture and follow up on leads. Customer-Centric Focus: Champion customer care across the business, ensuring the delivery of the highest levels of service to drive customer loyalty and retention. Who You Are Proven Track Record: You have demonstrated success in a similar sales management role, consistently hitting and exceeding targets in a B2B environment. Industry Experience: Previous experience within the security industry or a similar technical sales environment is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: Experience of managing a sales team is beneficial, with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead by example. Strong Communicator: You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Commercially Astute: You have strong numerical and accounting abilities, able to prepare reports, manage budgets, and deliver profitable results. Highly Organised: You’re adept at managing your time and projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Can-Do Attitude: You thrive on challenges, approach your work with enthusiasm, and are driven by the desire to succeed. UK Driving Licence and Car Owner: Ability to drive to customer meetings and other events is required. What We Offer Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic, dependent on experience.
