An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources department for a General Administrator on a permanent basis for 37.5 hours per week. Tetbury Hospital is rated good by the Care Quality Commission and comprises of a well-equipped theatre, purpose-built procedure room, outpatient department, minor injuries and illness unit, and X-ray department. Successful applicants will provide administrative support to the Trust, including the administration and minute-taking of hospital meetings.

General Administration
Provide comprehensive administrative support including photocopying, proofreading, printing, scanning, filing, and the collation of documents. Provide a high level of secretariat services as required in the production of reports, papers, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, including adhering to deadlines and accurately assimilating information in the production of reports and correspondence. Oversee the Enquiries inbox, dealing with enquiries and recording/redirecting messages to ensure effective communication with external stakeholders. Maintain Trust-wide documents (e.g. Telephone List and Organisation Chart) in order to support the day-to-day responsibilities of Senior and Line Managers. Format, update and track organisational policies, collaborating with Policy Assurance Groups and key stakeholders to ensure policies are current and accurately saved on the Trust's SharePoint and Staff Intranet.
Meeting Administration
Provide a secretariat service to Tetbury Hospital Trust and support the Trust.
Job Responsibilities
HR Administration
With support from the HR Advisor, give advice to Senior and Line Managers on the recruitment process and the paperwork required to advertise a post. Be responsible for administering the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring vacancies are advertised on relevant forums as directed by the recruiting manager and to delegate and liaise with the recruiting manager and candidates to ensure interviews are arranged. Administer the Trust's HR System (SageHR) and ensure information and staff records are up-to-date and accurate. Administer the offboarding procedure, processing any resignations. Process day-to-day administration for the HR Function including sending out contractual documentation including offer letters, contracts, and amendments. Auditing employee files to ensure Tetbury Hospital Trust is compliant with relevant statutory requirements.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSEs at grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* RSA Level II Typing (or equivalent)
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
