This post operates within the Server team of the IM&T Service Delivery group, and is responsible for delivery, support and administration of corporate server-based systems for approximately 18,000 users across a large number of NHS sites within Oxfordshire.
Main duties of the job
The post holder plays a major technical role within the Server team to ensure that the service level agreements are met or exceeded, and that policies, processes and procedures within IM&T Services customer organisations are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be experienced and technically competent in server technologies and the development and improvement of processes and standards.
