BIM Lead/Coordinator – Central London – Fantastic Benefits – Up to £55k Benefits Fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced BIM Lead/Coordinator to work for a leading international building services consultancy in the heart of London. They are a specialist consultancy who are renowned for working on stadia, sports and entertainment arenas to the highest standard both in the UK and Overseas and have won a number of awards to go alongside their brilliant reputation. They are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic BIM Coordinator to join them in their Central London office. Ideal candidates should have the ability to motivate others and be able to work under your own initiative. You will work as part of a team, attending project BIM review meetings and seeing projects through from RIBA Stage 2 conception to RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design. Experience Needed Good communication skills to liaise with MEP Engineers, Structural, and Architectural Designers Knowledge and understanding of principles of MEP distribution services MEP Distribution Design hierarchy with spatial accessibility awareness Recognition of RIBA stages and PAS codes Experience and a deft knowledge in the Revit and Navis clash detection software. Consciousness on declarative drawing presentation To create clash reports and managing delivery times with the project team To be willing to learn and input new ideas in the development of efficiency within the Building Services industry Essential experience within the MEP fore-mentioned sectors required Proficiency in Autodesk Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Navis and Clash detection Dynamo, BIM 360, Revizto, and BIMCollab experience an advantage Applicants must have the right to work in the UK already in place and be London based or commutable surrounding areas This is a brilliant position for someone who is keen to progress their career and work with a global consultancy.
