We're excited to be looking for an Induction Training Coordinator to join our team. You'll be based in our Eastleigh office, with travel to Bracknell and Yeovil, to lead and coordinate a smooth induction process for all trade operative new starters, meeting all relevant health and safety standards and supporting the Central Support Services function on all administration duties. There is the option to stay overnight for the training duration in Bracknell and Yeovil (two nights).
Communication, presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills are all essential, liaising with operational teams, people and development, and health and safety teams to ensure a successful induction for all new colleagues joining commercial services.
If you have experience of organising and facilitating in-person training sessions, and are confident in presenting information to colleagues, networking and maintaining excellent working relationships across different teams, along with a can-do attitude, you could be exactly who we're looking for! Options available for working from home on non-induction training days – up to two days per week.
If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you!
We’ll review and interview suitable candidates as they apply. If we receive enough applications, we'll close the advert early so be sure to apply today so you don’t miss out!
