The nature of the role You will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing to the delivery of our support activities. Your responsibilities include originating work, checking work and supporting business departments as required. You will maintaining documents, liaising with vendors, colleagues, and occasionally clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively. While you may work independently, you will have the support of your team as needed. This role involves alignment with Katoni’s policies for Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental protection. You will collaborate with colleagues in the operations and support teams and occasionally clients to ensure their needs are met. Your experience will enable you to work with supervision, knowing that the team is available for support. This is an entry level role. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Procurement team. Maintain approved suppliers list for Katoni. Maintenance of vendor data Requesting Delivery notes from suppliers & receipting in system. Expediting Tasks Managing Client delivery forms Assist with procuring office supplies Assist with raising Corporate Purchase Orders Assist with making travel arrangements The list of duties above is not exhaustive and you will be required to undertake additional duties which might reasonably be expected of you and which form part of the function of the post i.e. being a team player.
