Salary: £30,060 - £37,440
Are you passionate about teaching English in a nurturing and student-centered environment? We're seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our team. With small class sizes capped at 12 students, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalised and impactful learning experiences.
Our students face a range of challenges, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We embrace a 'can't do yet' philosophy, fostering resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you'll receive extensive therapeutic training and support to meet the unique needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach a comprehensive English curriculum across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and Functional Skills levels.
Build strong, supportive relationships with students to motivate and inspire them.
Collaborate with educational and therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authorities to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Contribute to both academic and extra-curricular activities as part of a dynamic team.
