Dakota Hotel, based in Glasgow City Centre, is seeking an outgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Bar & Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
CONTRACT AND PAY RATE
Earnings are up to £14.81 per hour (including anticipated tronc payment). The role offers a permanent contract of at least 18 hours per week, working any 3 days out of 7.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide table service in the Bar & Restaurant, taking guest orders, and delivering food and drinks to tables.
* Act as a section waiter/waitress, offering personalized drink recommendations and engaging with guests.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens, to assist guests effectively.
