Our client is a Supported Housing Service and supports young people leaving care, who are aged between 16 and 21. Keenan Recruitment has been retained to recruit for a full-time, permanent Team Leader in Downpatrick. The Team Leader will work in conjunction with the Manager to lead and manage a Support Staff Team and to maintain and develop the Supported Housing Service. Essential Criteria for shortlisting for interview includes: A full, current driving license and access to a car insured for business use and either; 3 years experience of working with young people in supported housing or similar environment; OR Degree in Social Work, Youth and Community Work or similar AND 2 years experience of working with young people in supported housing or similar environment. Have an understanding of young people who have left care or have high support needs.
