UK Benefits Manager

* Up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus
* Location: Central London
* Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with a highly regarded professional services firm in search of a UK Benefits Manager to lead on all benefits operations and projects. Working closely with the Head of Reward, this individual will be accountable for all operational delivery, and provide strategic support, ensuring that the firm maintains a competitive benefits package for its employees. The role will line manage and have support from the Reward Advisor.
The UK Benefits Manager responsibilities will include:
* Act as an escalation point for any complex employee benefits queries.
* Lead on benefit renewals and the ongoing development of offerings.
* Take accountability for the benefits portal, ensuring it is accurately maintained.
* Support employees through critical illness and income protection claim processes.
* Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and offerings.
* Benchmarking against competitors and maintaining a comprehensive and competitive package.
* Support wellbeing initiatives.
* Accountability for new joiner benefit inductions.
* Build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and third parties.
* Line manage and support the development of the Benefits Analyst.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong experience in employee benefits operational delivery.
* Experience at Benefits Manager level.
* Driven individual with the desire to take accountability and ownership of processes and decisions.
* Flexible and commercial mindset with the ability to push back on stakeholders and third parties where necessary.
* Ability to present and explain complex information in a simple and concise way
