The Assistant Building Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a large sized practice, with 200 employees, ranging across 4 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.
You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.
You can expect to be exposed into dilapidation's, party wall matters, condition surveys, project management contract administration.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
Shows some understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
Appetite to become MRICS
Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
Enthusiastic character
Confident in front of a variety of clientsIn return
