We are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse who has experience of all aspects within Primary care. Main duties of the job The Practice Nurse is essential in providing comprehensive nursing care, focusing on patient assessment, treatment, and management within a primary care setting. This role involves a variety of clinical tasks including chronic disease management, minor ailment treatment, immunisations, and health education. The Practice Nurse will work under the guidance and supervision of our team of advanced nurse practitioners, contributing to the practice's goals by delivering high-quality patient care and participating in health promotion initiatives. The Practice Nurse is expected to perform clinical procedures and manage patient follow-ups, ensuring the delivery of care is in accordance with the latest clinical guidelines and within the scope of practice.
