As the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and support for the foundation. From developing and executing impactful campaigns to leading all aspects of digital marketing, PR, stakeholder engagement, and event promotion, your work will be instrumental in amplifying the reach and impact of the foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver an integrated marketing, communications, and events strategy, ensuring consistency across all messaging and channels.
* Digital Marketing: Innovate across digital platforms, including SEO, social media, and Google Ads, to maximise engagement and campaign performance.
* Storytelling & Content Creation: Share compelling narratives that highlight the transformative impact of the organisation’s work.
* Event Marketing: Promote and deliver high-profile events that engage supporters, strengthen connections, and raise funds for the cause.
* PR & Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influential stakeholders, ambassadors, and media to champion the cause and secure positive press coverage.
* Supporter Engagement: Design campaigns and strategies that resonate with donors and other key audiences, ensuring their journey with us is meaningful and impactful.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior marketing, communications, or event promotion role.
* Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven campaign optimisation, and event marketing.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong leadership abilities and stakeholder management experience.
* A creative mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
* Willingness to embrace a "doer" approach, working on the ground to execute plans when needed.
