You will be working for our client, a tech lead, award-winning company as a Customer and Client Support Specialist.

1. Administer the enforcement process end-to-end through specialist software.
2. Work with the wider team to ensure cases are solved with good time management.
3. Operate in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment addressing a wide range of topics.

3. Experience in an administrative role with a passion for beating targets.
