You will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution and ensuring world-class client relationship management. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
* To create and maintain a culture where individual and team development is culturally institutionalised, service standards are consistently reviewed and improved upon.
* Established ability to innovate and delegate to successful delivery.
* Excellent commercial and strategic acumen.
* Risk management utilising the harmonious interplay of analytical prowess, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for implementing.

* Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Have experience within the Contract Catering market.
* Full of energy and ideas that you can bring to our sites and our teams encouraging them to be involved and motivated.
* Successful progressive background in catering, hospitality, retail at the relevant level.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client.
* Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving.
