Job summary There is an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Chesterfield Core Therapy Team. Our Core service provides community care using a multi-disciplinary approach to supports patients with a wide range of conditions in their own homes.
