Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Perthshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Are you a proactive, driven individual with a passion for customer service, sales, and marketing?
We are partnering with Highland Homestyle Ltd, a respected local business, to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage sales calls, book appointments for consultants, process orders, and provide excellent aftercare. You’ll also support organic marketing efforts and liaise with external marketing partners to ensure consistent brand promotion.
A key part of the role is ensuring all business development leads are followed up and actioned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Support: Handle inbound sales enquiries, book sales meetings, and manage customer orders from start to finish.
* Customer Service & Aftercare: Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain strong relationships through aftercare services.
* Business Development: Follow up on all leads to maximise opportunities for growth.
* Marketing Support: Assist with organic marketing and coordinate with external marketing partners to boost brand visibility.
