We are interested in receiving applications for a Sales Negotiator att our busy Halifax branch.
You will need at least 2 years of estate agency experience. You should have good knowledge of the area to be able to provide advice and guidance regarding the local amenities whilst on viewings. You will be confident in dealing with members of the public face to face as well as by telephone. This role will be a combination of external appointments, where you will be responsible for undertaking viewings of our properties for sale with members of the public, as well as office-based activities.
You will need:
* At least 2 years of estate agency experience
* Have good organisational and time management skills
* Personal drive and initiative
* High level of self-motivation
* An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good IT literacy

The post is full-time and based in our Halifax office.
Days of work are; Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 10am-2pm.
You must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle which must be insured for business use.
