Please note that this is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Front of House Manager position at Crofton Springs is a varied and busy role. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a varied environment.
A dedicated administrator who has a knack for building strong relationships and is looking for a challenging yet rewarding career. Experience in care isn’t necessary; we will cover all the training you need to hit the ground running and confidently convey what makes our homes great places to live. In a growing business, there is always scope to grow the role, and we will support you in your development.
