Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Working Pattern: Full Time
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Overview of the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in their organisation by efficiently entering orders and providing accurate information regarding delivery times to valued customers. Your ability to multitask and keep various responsibilities on your radar will be crucial in this position.
What you'll be responsible for:
Managing orders across multiple sites, including international partners.
Responding quickly and accurately to all customer queries.
Ensuring adherence to the segmentation process.
Following compliance with set process flows.
Collaborating with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities, and logistics.
Providing customers with best-in-class information on logistics and lead times.
Continuously improving pricing through quotation and price files.
Leveraging the capabilities of all group sites to maximise synergy.
Consistently and accurately administering systems.
Acting as an internal customer champion.
Assisting across the department as needed.
Maintaining a full working knowledge of your colleagues' positions.
Providing coverage for sickness and holidays within the department.
Supporting reception duties on a rotating basis with other team members.
Serving as the primary contact for select accounts during the absence of the Account Manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
Experience in customer service and/or sales support.
Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Familiarity with an ERP system.
