This is your chance to play a key role in delivering impactful projects within a collaborative, high-performing team. The Role: Working as part of the Capital Delivery Production Team for planned works, you’ll be overseeing the team of Engineers, responsible for the design, costing and planning of the capital solutions. You’ll be responsible for your team of Engineers and accountable for ensuring the safe delivery of each scheme. Here are some of the activities you will be involved with… Lead, mentor, and develop your team with tailored growth plans. Manage stakeholder communications to guide projects through governance. Use your network engineering expertise and commercial awareness to deliver optimal design solutions. Recommend improvements in asset management, health, and network optimisation. We would love to hear from you if You have experience in water engineering and distribution systems, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to assess infrastructure strategically and operationally. You’ll bring knowledge of the ROV process (including Root Cause Analysis) and excellent IT skills. Ideally, you hold a relevant degree or BTEC Higher Technical qualification, with certifications such as SMSTS and NRSWA Supervisor. Experience in contract management, site supervision, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience with water distribution systems is essential.
