The Role
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer interactions, showroom experience, and account management. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, foster meaningful relationships, and showcase your creativity and organisational skills through events and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth & Account Management: Manage assigned customer accounts to drive sales growth through targeted initiatives. Engage proactively with customers via outbound calls to provide updates, share insights, and promote offers. Engage with customers showing declining activity by addressing their needs with tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clear communication of pricing updates and promotions.
2. Showroom & Showvan Management: Manage the scheduling, upkeep, and presentation of the showroom and showvan to ensure a professional and inviting space. Work with internal teams to update displays with current products and materials. Plan and execute customer events and trade shows in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
3. CRM Management: Maintain and optimise customer data in collaboration with Area Sales Managers (ASMs), ensuring accuracy and usability. Propose and implement improvements for managing customer contact information.
4. Industry Insight & Lead Generation: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify leads and market opportunities. Conduct competitor research and share actionable insights with internal teams to maintain our competitive edge.
5. Customer Engagement & Training: Organise interactive customer days to provide feedback opportunities and showcase product features. Coordinate product training sessions based on customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in roles such as Account Manager, Showroom Manager, or within marketing or customer relations.
* Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales growth.
* Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data reporting and analysis.
* Organisational excellence with an eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and competitive analysis is a plus.
