Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional General Administrator to support our workshop stores team for a 4-6 month assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ordering parts, processing orders, and managing invoicing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our store and workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process orders for workshop parts and materials.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
3. Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy in all billing-related tasks.
4. Maintain and update inventory records in a timely manner.
5. Assist in the organization and management of the workshop store, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.
6. Provide administrative support to the workshop team, responding to queries and offering assistance where necessary.
7. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a store or workshop environment.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and invoicing.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic inventory management systems.
7. A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
