Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000

It provides Residential, Nursing, Palliative, and Dementia care within a vibrant and supportive community. Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
2. A valid Nursing PIN or management qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent).
3. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for delivering person-centred care with compassion and empathy.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered.
2. Lead and develop a team of care professionals to meet the individual needs of residents.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining the home's Good rating.
4. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
5. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates efficiently.
6. Implement innovative care practices and drive improvements to continually enhance the quality of service.
