Due to retirement, a fabulous opportunity to join a unique and successful business as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
Excellent benefits including a 37 hour working week - 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday (flexi-time is available) and overtime is available at time and a half.
25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Mechanical Engineer are:-
Manage design projects from initial concept/enquiry through detailed design to manufacturing handover.
Provide design input on projects, using the technical competencies listed below.
Generation of ideas for developments and new products.
Be responsible for small projects or sub-sections of larger projects.
Produce engineering designs, specifications and documentation to ISO 9001.
Assist in the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals.
Offsite engineering support for new products.
Assist sales and marketing in the preparation of quotes and proposals.
Provide customer support & assist in the training of customer operating personnel.
Provide technical support to the production, logistics and integration departments.
Instruct, train and mentor subordinate engineering staff.
To be successful as a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will need:-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related/equivalent subject and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
