We're partnering with a leading clean tech company to hire an Accounts Assistant. You'll be part of a small, friendly team and oversee the company’s purchase ledger. There's plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in the role. You'll get loads of great exposure and be part of this exciting new industry to create a better tomorrow!
Responsibilities
1. Matching, batching & coding supplier invoices
2. Supplier statement reconciliations
3. Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries
4. Support weekly supplier payment runs
5. Process employee expense claims
6. Distribute and process company credit card statements
7. PO record maintenance and reconciliation
8. Reconciling bank statements
9. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
10. Assist with credit control
11. Various other ad-hoc tasks as required
Knowledge And Experience
1. Previous Accounts payable experience (ideally 1 to 2 years experience)
2. Highly organised with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. IT literate
5. Good team working skills
6. Motivated to get stuck in and support the wider team if necessary
7. Keen to learn and develop
