About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee our office operations and provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and other business leaders. You will be responsible for arranging company events, organising administrative functions, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within the office including managing a team of admin support roles.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
About You
1. Experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field are preferred.
