A well established housing organisation are looking for a Scheme Manager to manage a patch of properties in the South Wales. This role is overseeing a scheme for retirement living, all based in one site. You will be helping to ensure the residents receive the best service, whilst ensuring building safety and compliance.

As a Scheme Manager for this organisation, you will be:
Ensuring excellent housing management services
Providing great customer service
Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc
Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames.
Helping to maximise tenants independence
Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements
Maintaining positive relationships with our customers
To be successful, the ideal Scheme Manager will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience carrying out safety checks, risk assessments
Good customer service skills
The ability to engage with internal and external stake holders
