* Projects ranging from £2m-20m.
* My client are a strong investor in their staff which results in a low-staff turnover.
* The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.
* HQ based in Hampshire.


The Role - Quantity Surveyor


My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

You will ideally live in a commutable distance to their HQ and will be visiting sites nearby and London.


* Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
* Prepare and present financial reports
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Happy to travel to sites across the UK if needed
* Flexible / hybrid working model


Salary - £65,000 - £80,000
