We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients, a well-known electricity distribution company based in Shiremoor.
They are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their Operations Department. This is a temporary role with the possibility of an extension.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is able to use their own initiative, take ownership of their workload, and work to deadlines.
Proficient IT skills are essential as you will be required to work between a number of different IT systems. This position would suit a candidate who enjoys variety within the workplace and can adapt their working style.
Duties will include:
1. Raising purchase orders in Oracle Financial Systems
2. Managing industrial timesheets and Engineer's salary sheets
3. Responsibility for third party damage and faults process, including WIP reports and monitoring
4. Responsibility for processing Contractor Application for Payments
5. Creating planned power cut notifications in our outage management system
The hours of work are 8:30am to 4:40pm (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday. The company offers free onsite parking and it can also be accessed via public transport.
