Service Coordinator
My client in Plymouth, a commercial and domestic security company, is looking for a service coordinator to join their fast-paced and busy office in Plymouth.
Established in 1985, my client has built a reputation for prompt, reliable service and a comprehensive 24-hour availability throughout Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.
This is a full-time, permanent vacancy with progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
3. Assist with invoicing and billing using Xero, Sage, and Sim Pro.
4. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
5. Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
6. Assist with office organization and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills:
1. Proficient in using Sage or Xero for invoicing and billing purposes.
2. Strong office and administrative skills, including data entry and document management.
3. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
5. Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Google Suite and ability to type accurately.
Note: Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
