An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Registration Team, providing a professional and customer focused front line service. The successful candidates will provide a welcoming reception service to visitors, staff and customers of the Registration service. The successful candidates will also carry out a range of administrative duties relating to the Registration Service. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can remain calm under pressure, and has the ability to apply complex regulations in a sensitive and customer focused manner. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively and flexibly in a busy front-line office.
About You
You will need a welcoming and sensitive approach to match the needs of customers accessing the service at both happy and sad times of their lives. You must be organised, have excellent communication skills, have attention to detail, and be confident in your IT skills. There are multiple administrative tasks to be completed within the back office and you will need to be keen to learn and retain this information to ensure that the customers receive a high-quality, efficient service.
