Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol, United Kingdom. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all aspects of our organisation.
* Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and lead the team in their absence
* Bring our brand to life by inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Act as a role model for the team, providing training, mentorship, and support for their professional development
* Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times
* Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving efficiency and achieving business goals
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance operations
* Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting processes
