Bennett and Game Recruitment currently represent a well-established multi-disciplinary planning and environmental consultancy based in the Gloucestershire area, who are seeking a Landscape Architect to join the team. Our client offers a range of services including Masterplanning, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Ecology, and Environmental services.
Over the years, this consultancy has developed a strong clientele and prides itself on the quality of projects and services they provide. They are seeking an individual who can form and maintain client relationships. The role of the Landscape Architect will cover all aspects of landscape design, working on various projects from inception through to completion, including renewable energy, commercial, and leisure.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary between £30,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE

Landscape Architect Position Overview
* Provide landscape design and landscape management services.
* Prepare plans, illustrative material, and graphic presentations.
* Liaise directly with clients and take clients' instructions.
* Undertake site survey and analysis work.
* Undertake landscape design work as instructed by clients and senior members of staff.
* Present design ideas to clients, planning officers, or other interested parties as instructed.
* Undertake LVIA and ZTV work and prepare relevant reports for inclusion in Environmental Statements.
* Use of GIS software is essential.
* Prepare reports or other supplementary information in support of design work.
Landscape Architect Position Requirements
* Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture.
* Chartership and CMLI status (preferred but not essential).
* Experience working on LVIA's.
* Ability to work with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Use GIS software, ideally ArcGIS.
* Experience using Lumion is beneficial but not essential.
* Full UK driver's license and own transport.
