Job Description This is a FTC until September 2025 to cover a maternity leave. You will support the Programme Management Office, providing Governance and facilitating discussion with internal stakeholders to provide understanding, early visibility, and ownership of the UK&I change programme. You will support existing department and project teams and enable them to deliver the outputs and outcomes that will lead to effective benefits realisation, and delivery of UK portfolio across both Retail & Digital. What you'll do Develop and maintain the UK portfolio plan Define & manage the PMO governance controls in conjunction with the various departmental stakeholders Manage and drive programme reporting requirements, process and delivery Drive the portfolio plan updates & status reporting processes for our UK Leadership team Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme Ensure that all milestones are clear/consistent and the high-level milestones are highlighted Build programme/portfolio level plans for board reporting; integrating multiple plans into an overarching Retail & Digital plan Schedule, maintain and update weekly / monthly reporting Ensure everyone is well informed about the UK Plan and work in close collaboration with other functions and senior leadership
