Chef de partie private members club 39 hours Monday to Friday, package around £34k, with basic £30k-31k salary + £1000 christmas bonus + service charge of £30-100 a month + pension & paid overtime. We are currently recruiting for a private members club in London. It is very top quality and has a restaurant for around 50 covers. chef de partie to work on the 50 cover restaurant and the events rooms. Overtime is paid at time and half and on the rare time of a saturday function, that is paid at double time.
The role
As chef de partie you will work on one of the section. You will create top quality menu items, prep your fridge and cook inservice. This chef de partie role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with current experience within hotels or members clubs at either chef de partie level or demi chef de partie level. Ideally you will have a 5 star hotel or rosette kitchen background. If you love cooking great food but want your weekend off, this if for you.
